Having researched this growing market, we can now offer a quality ultrasonic golf club cleaner at a very competitive discount price, offering a valuable additional revenue stream to golf clubs and those starting their own golf business across the UK and Ireland.
We are able to price these golf club cleaning units so competitively because we buy in bulk direct from the manufacturer and import them to the UK. The company makes a wide range of industrial ultrasonic machinery and are able to produce these smaller ultrasonic golf club cleaning machines quickly and cheaply.

Machines with the same specification offered by other companies cost between £5,500 and £8,500.

In this example you would cover your initial investment in just 6 months NOW 3 months. Your only ongoing overheads are for cleaning solution.
There are no ongoing fees of any description payable to us once you have purchased your ultrasonic golf club cleaner.

Option 2 - Revenue Share - No capital outlay

NB Revenue share has now been withdrawn. Our new low price of £1500 per ultrasonic golf club cleaning machine means that the initial capital outlay for clubs or individuals is low enough to mean that we no longer need to offer this model.

We will install a self-service ultrasonic club cleaning machine at your club or range free of charge and pay you a commission of 50% of the revenues received. Your only responsibilities are to promote the service, take payment and issue tokens, and change the water in the machine every 30 washes or so (about once a week in this example).

Likely volumes

This will depend on how busy your club is, at what level you set the price, how well the ultrasonic golf club cleaner is promoted and sited, etc. The example above assumes 3 club cleans per day. For comparison, when other companies are selling these machines on a franchise basis they suggest volumes of between 25 and 80 uses per day. We think that these numbers are a stretch, but around 10 uses per day would not be unrealistic in our opinion.

About Ultrasonic Golf Club Cleaning

Ultrasonic golf club cleaning uses very high frequency sound waves transmitted through water. However, the ultrasonic sound waves are not what actually clean the items. The ultrasonic golf club cleaning machine’s tank contains water and a gentle ultrasonic enhancing solution. The ultrasonic club cleaners' motors transmit sound waves through the tank causing minute bubbles to form on the surface of the clubs or grips. The bubbles then grow until they lose surface tension and implode. When the bubbles burst they create a microscopic force in the water and this pulls the dirt away from the golf clubs and grips.

Ultrasonic cleaning is utilised extensively in cleaning delicate machine parts for industry, and in recovering fire and water damaged items that would otherwise be written off.

Ultrasonics is used in precision industries because it is gentler than traditional cleaning methods using harsher detergents or brushes. It is completely non-abrasive and club heads are only immersed for a short time.
